Geschichte
The art nouveau villa "Ginsberg" is one of the few remaining buildings of its kind. It was built in 1900 following the plans of the architects Schilling & Gräbner who also designed the Christchurch in Dresden-Strehlen.

We named the villa after its builder, our great-grandfather Dr. Eduard Ginsberg, who lived in Dresden from 1893 - 1938. A lawyer and county court manager by profession he dedicated himself to the Mozart research and the maintenance of Mozart's birthplace in Salzburg. He owned an extensive Mozart collection and was one of the founding member of the Mozart society in Dresden. Furthermore he was involved as part of the management board in the society of sound artists, in the music school and in the Felix-Draeske society. As devotee and patron of the fine arts he kept an open and hospitable house.

Continuing this tradition we would like to offer you the prestigious rooms on the first floor shaped in original style for a pleasant stay in Dresden.
